From my early childhood im obsessed with tea. 3 to 4 cups of tea will touch my taste buds per day. Being a Sri Lankan i was able to taste worlds best tea for many years. ( Sri Lanka is the worlds 4th largest tea producer and the worlds best tea is coming from Sri Lanka which is very famous among British) But after i came to India recognized the skill of Indians to prepare to delicious cup of tea.
India is the second largest producer of tea in the world after China including the famous Assam tea and Darjeeling tea. India holds the fame for entertaining new varities of tea. Masala Chai, Sulaimane tea, Sand popping tea are mostly tasted tea. Each and every walks of india streets will have new tea recipe. Some of them have enriched many international audience.Each and every corner of the India you will find the most delicious tea doesn’t matter which street you are on or which house you have entered, you will be welcomed by a hot & delicious cup of a tea. But among the states of India Kerala is ahead with many varieties of tea even though if you enter into a average restuarnt you can find 20-25 tea varieties.
